Banana & dates Super Smoothie

🛒 You’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of our Superfood blend (your favorite blend)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 or 3 soft dates (remove the pits!)
  • 1/2 cup cold milk (any of your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled version)

👩‍🍳 Let’s make it:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass or cup.
  4. Sip and smile — you’re doing something good for your body!
