Return & refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt . After notification, you have another 14 days to return the products . Please send us an email via hello@natarya.nl to register your return.

• The full order amount (including shipping costs of the original shipment) will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return.
• The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

👉 Please note: returns are only possible if the products are unopened and in their original packaging . For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.

You remain responsible for a correct return shipment. Therefore, always keep proof of delivery from the post office or carrier.
