Super energy balls

🛒 You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of our superfood blend (your favorite blend)
  • 1 cup of soft dates (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Nuts of your choice

👩‍🍳 Let’s make it:

  1. Toss all the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Blend until it forms a sticky dough.
  3. Use your hands to roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!).

🌱 Tip: Want extra fun? Roll them in shredded coconut, cacao, sesame or chopped nuts.
